Mr. Mayur Salve
Mr. Mayur Salve’s
entrepreneurial journey began at the remarkably young age of 17, fueled by ambition,
resilience, and an unwavering belief in self-transformation. His early exposure to the
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry, where he gained two years of hands-on
experience, laid the foundation for his future endeavors in sales and leadership.
He soon joined Landmark Group – Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. as a
Sales Executive, where his extraordinary performance earned him 4X High Sales
Achievement Awards. This marked just the beginning of a career defined by bold
moves and a passion for business excellence.
In 2014, he transitioned from employee to entrepreneur, founding his first
venture
Nirmal Chemical Industries. His business acumen and strategic mindset led him to
expand rapidly, and today he successfully runs three companies across diverse
sectors.
Recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Salve was honored with the
prestigious City Excellence Award by Biz India Company Pvt. Ltd. in 2023. He also serves
as a
Business Consultant to over 500+ MSME businesses, helping them unlock growth, improve
systems, and build sustainability.
Beyond his business success, Mr. Salve is a man of
deep personal discipline and service. A
dedicated Vipassana meditator for over a decade, he actively volunteers with Mitra
Upkram, delivering meditation and value-based education to school children in
Maharashtra. He also contributes to social welfare as a Secretary Serving the Sangha,
combining leadership with spiritual grounding.
As a Faculty Member at MCED
(Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development), Mr. Salve has trained 10,000+
individuals through workshops, seminars, and motivational programs. His commitment to
personal development
is reflected in his own habits having read over 500+
self-help and personal growth books.
With an MBA degree and over 12
years of rich experience in business and consulting, Mr. Mayur Salve now leads Business
Ka Doctor with the mission of transforming struggling
businesses into thriving enterprises. His journey is not just about building businesses, but
building people and empowering them to lead with clarity, confidence, and character.
